Shipping policy

1. Standard Shipping approximately 10-15 days business days: $0.99$-$2.99 USD (US) & $1.99-$3.99 USD（CANADA）

2.Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35 USD

3. Express Shipping approximately 7-10 days business days: $14.99 USD

 IMPORTANT:

• Please be aware that there may be delays due to the current COVID-19 crisis.
• In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, and other major holidays). 
• If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a high risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

3. After you have paid for your order, allow 2-4 days for your item to be ready for shipment. All orders will be processed in the order they are received.

4. After your item(s) have been processed and are ready to be shipped out. We will proceed to email you the tracking number.

5. My Ace Case ships to Canada and US only. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our Ace Case team is working on worldwide shipping soon. 

6. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

IMPORTANT:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
