How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Standard Shipping approximately 10-15 business days: $0.99-$2.99 USD (US) & $1.99-$3.99 USD(CANADA)

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35 USD

Express Shipping approximately 7-10 business days: $14.99 USD

 

IMPORTANT:

  • Please be aware that there may be delays due to the current COVID-19 crisis.
  • In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, and other major holidays). 
  • If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a high risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

When will my item(s) be processed?

After you have paid for your order, allow 2-4 days for your item to be ready for shipment. All orders will be processed in the order they are received.

 

When will I receive a tracking number?

After your item(s) have been processed and are ready to be shipped out. We will proceed to email you the tracking number.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, My Ace Case ships to Canada and US only. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our Ace Case team is working on worldwide shipping soon.

 

Where do we ship from?

We ship from different factories all around Asia.

 

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

 

Accidentally entered the wrong address, can we fix it?

Always best to make sure you’ve entered the correct address before submitting your purchase. But yes, please email us within 24 hours after making your purchase and we will change it for you. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses.

 

IMPORTANT:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
