Refund policy


 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders CANNOT be canceled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.

Before you checkout, please double-check the item, color, size, etc. you would like to purchase. If mistakes are made, email us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are not able to make any changes.

 

Return/Refund

We make want to make sure you are 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason for the return, within 7 days from receiving your order according to the delivery date on the tracking record. There will be a charge of refurbishing fee plus the cost of our shipping fee will be deducted.

*Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes the necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

 

Manufacturer Defect

We make every effort to ensure your Ace Case items arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes things could happen. There is a 5-day warranty (from the date you've received your parcel according to the tracking record) for any cases that have manufacturing defects. Please email us picture(s) of the error for further inspection at myacecase@gmail.com and we will resolve this situation as soon as possible. If our inspection team agrees the case was made incorrectly, we will resend a new one for you at no charge.

All sales item(s) are final sales. No exchange or returns.

 

Lost Parcels 

Sorry, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged package during transit. We will do the best of our ability to attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such.
